Una is a mother who became very weary of the fight against head lice. She felt her children were suffering and loosing self-esteem.

Una was devastated when her children continued to be infected with head lice and the chemical solutions did not work well nor were they healthy for her children.

Una took matters into her own hands and was determined to "make a difference" not only in her own life, but in the lives of others.
